Scootours: Gravity Scooter Adventure in Cape Town

Jump on a Monster Mountain® Scooter and freewheel into the city below! Scootours® offers a unique way to experience Table Mountain and its breathtaking views. This tour is a fun, active adventure that takes you down two different off-road tracks. The entire experience lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours.

Your Scootours Adventure

The tour begins and ends at the Table Mountain Kloofnek Parking area. After a welcome from your guides, you will be shuttled to your first downhill run.

Run 1: Signal Hill to Bo Kaap

• You will get a helmet and gloves and a safety briefing.
• You will then follow your guide down a jeep track into the Bo Kaap.
• On the way down, you’ll see stunning views of Table Mountain, Cape Town City Centre, and the harbor.

Run 2: Table Mountain to Oranjezicht

• After the first run, you’ll be shuttled to Table Mountain.
• The run starts near Dead Man’s Tree.
• You’ll freewheel down a jeep track, through Deer Park, and into Oranjezicht.
• This run offers a new perspective of Lion’s Head, Signal Hill, and the Cape Town Stadium.

After the second run, you will be shuttled back to the start. The guides take photos during the tour, which are available for sale afterward.
