prices, dates, availability, contact details, and booking instructions are not misleading;
photographs and videos accurately represent the activity, event, or place;

You may not post listings that:

are fake, duplicated, irrelevant, or deliberately miscategorised;
are created only to drive traffic elsewhere without providing genuine value on Activity Guide;
contain keyword stuffing, hidden promotions, or misleading SEO tactics;
promote businesses, services, or events unrelated to the stated category;
include unsupported medical, safety, or performance claims;
create a false impression of endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or verification by Activity Guide.

4. Safety and Risk-Related Content

Many listings on Activity Guide involve outdoor, sport, travel, wellness, family, or adventure experiences. Because of this, extra care must be taken when publishing safety-related information.

You must not:

conceal known hazards or material safety risks;
provide false information about qualifications, guides, instructors, equipment, insurance, or safety standards;
advertise an experience as suitable for children, beginners, or vulnerable participants if that is not true;
encourage unlawful trespassing, reckless behaviour, or unsafe participation;

Activity Guide may remove or restrict any content that appears unsafe, irresponsible, or likely to cause harm.

You may not:

post fake reviews or testimonials;
post reviews on behalf of others without disclosure and authorisation;

use contact forms or messaging tools for spam or unrelated promotions.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

your content does not violate any third-party rights;
